The Crew Feed

Feeding a crew is a logistics problem before it is a food problem. Early delivery windows, trays that hold heat through a shift change, portioned for people doing real work, and an invoice instead of somebody fronting cash.

Autumn Court delivers hot Chinese food to construction jobsites, field offices and training centers across Phoenix, up to 25 miles from 3752 E Indian School Rd. Crew feeds run 20 to 100 people at about $15 to 21 a head, in family-style trays that each cover 5 to 7 people. We take the delivery window early enough to beat the break, we bring serving ware and utensils, and the whole thing goes on one invoice so nobody on site is fronting a personal card. 24-hour notice is all we need.
Why crews get fed on this

Food That Survives the Site

Trays that hold heat

Fried rice, orange chicken, lo mein and beef with broccoli by the pan. These are dishes built to hold, which is why they travel. Sealed trays keep the heat while a delivery clears a gate and a lift.

Early enough to beat the break

Tell us when the crew stops and we deliver ahead of it, not into it. A late lunch on a jobsite is not an inconvenience, it is paid downtime, so the window is the point.

Invoiced, not expensed

One itemised invoice, sent the same day, to whoever handles it. No card at the gate, no receipt to chase down, no per-head collection in a trailer.

How it runs

From Call to Crew in 24 Hours

1

Give us the headcount and the stop time

Rough is fine. We size the trays from there and tell you the number before you commit.

2

Confirm the drop point

Trailer, gate, break area or field office. Tell us where the truck goes and who to call on arrival, because a site is not a lobby.

3

We deliver ahead of the window

Set up in trays, serving ware included, ready to open when the crew walks up.

4

Then the invoice

Itemised, same day, to the office or the PM. A site that feeds a crew regularly can be set up on terms or billed monthly on one invoice.
